We’ll pay £500 gross (subject to Statutory deduction) for each candidate referred, provided they meet the following criteria:

• The person(s) recommended must not already be registered with Morgan McCulloch.
• The referral(s) we place must complete a probationary period of 13 weeks with the new employer before the money can be paid.
• Morgan McCulloch retain the right to alter or terminate the Terms and Conditions of the referral programme without any requirement to notify other parties involved.
